ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We process orders as quickly as possible. Our typical lead time is 1-3 business days.

SHIPPING

Standard shipping has tracking provided an can take a USPS estimated average 2-8 days although there are not delivery date gaurantee**

If you would like or need faster shipping please choose USPS Priority Mail for an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days after it leaves me**.

**Unfortunately I can not control the postal service and can not take responsibility for any items that are lost, stolen, missing or delayed once the USPS takes possession of them. If you would like to have insurance against damage or loss please upgrade to Priority mail. I will not replace or refund orders due to USPS errors.

Wholesale availability

All of our listings are priced at wholesale except for READY TO WEAR shirts. We do offer wholesale pricing on those, please convo us for more info.

Damage in shipping

We try to pack our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, but sometimes things happen in transit that are unexpected. If your package is shipped via Priority Mail we can file an insurance claim on your behalf. We will need to be notified within 48 hours of delivery as shown on tracking (no exceptions please), and will need detailed photos of the packaging and the items, so please be sure to retain the packaging in this situation. USPS First Class shipments are not insured, so an insurance claim cannot be filed on those packages (another reason we highly recommend Priority Mail!). However, if you'd like your First Class mail package insured, please let us know in advance, and we can add it for an additional fee.

My order is wrong

Each package is checked by no less than 3 people before shipment, so we pride ourselves in our accuracy! If for some reason you don't receive what you ordered, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery as indicated on your tracking, and we don't offer exceptions to this policy. We will need photos of what you received as well as your packaging, so please be sure to retain all packing materials if this occurs.

My package hasn't arrived

USPS can be unpredictable sometimes! We highly recommend Priority Mail shipping for anything needed by a specific date, and even then, it isn't always reliable. Please be sure to order in enough time to allow for any possible mail delays, or please contact us in advance. We know how disappointing it can be to expect a package by a certain date, only to find out it has been delayed by some sort of USPS issue. If your tracking is moving slowly, you may opt to contact USPS to inquire, or you might even want to contact your local postmaster for advice. We aren't responsible for USPS delays, damage or loss. There are no guaranteed delivery dates unless you use Priority Mail Express.
