**To keep buyers cost down, printed instructions will not be sent with these unless requested. If you need printed directions, please let me know before we ship your order. We press our shirts at 385 degrees for 55 seconds.
If you need instructions for mugs or other blanks, please consult the supplier of your sublimation blanks.**
*PRO TIP- To help avoid press lines in your garment- rip paper by hand all the way around the design prior to pressing. Also lighting up the pressure will help avoid press lines.*

Due to differences in monitors, the colors shown on the listing may slightly differ from colors on transfer. Also, the transfers may appear a different color on paper but once it is heat activated the colors come to life :)

SUBLIMATION:
Sublimation transfers must be used with at least 50% polyester (in either white or light color) garments but will show better results the closer to 100% polyester your garment is on both the white or light colored garment. The higher the polyester content, the brighter and clearer your image will be. The lower the polyester content, the more vintage, faded or aged your image will be. Also, with a lower polyester content, you may see your image fade slightly with the first wash.
These CAN NOT be applied to a dark-colored or black garments because there is not white ink used. Where the image appears white, it will become the color of the shirt. The design color will also be altered slightly when using a colored shirt.
Instructions for SUBLIMATION shirts/fabric:
-Turn your heat press on to 385-400 degrees F
-Set it to 45-55 seconds
-medium pressure(I like light-medium pressure)
-Prepress your garment for 3-5 seconds to remove any moisture
-Place a sheet of blow out paper inside the garment, directly under were you are putting the design(butcher paper or copy paper works)
-Place your sublimation print face down on the garment
-Cover with more blow out paper
-Press
-Remove paper immediately after pressing
****Sublimation Transfer Policy: By purchasing you agree the process for application of our transfers is solely your responsibility. We will not refund transfer purchases due to user errors. We recommend you test on garments that are not crucial to your project first. You will need to learn how the process works for you. We will only replace defective transfers before they have been applied. No exceptions. We will request photos of such defects to approve these claims and all claims must be handled through your order by contacting us. These are a no returns/refunds/final sale item with the exception of defects before application. Colors may vary due to monitor settings. Learning to use sublimation can have a learning curve. I recommend reading a lot of "how to's" and watch a lot of YouTube video's before purchasing. We can not be held responsible for user error.**
Watermarks are for the protection of my design only and will not appear on the transfer.
Shipping is YOUR CHOICE. If done through USPS First Class Mail there is an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days but can take up 10 business days after it leaves me. (I never recommend this shipping method but feel forced to offer it because of USPS pricing)
If you would like or need faster shipping please choose USPS Priority Mail for an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days after it leaves me.
**Unfortunately I can not control the postal service and can not take responsibility for any items that are lost, stolen, missing or delayed once the USPS takes possession of them. If you choose Priority Mail your package will have insurance and a claim can be filed for refund or replacement in the case of loss or damage. I will not make any refunds or free replacements for items shipped First Class that are damaged in transit or stolen.
